Terms of Service

Effective May 1, 2026 · Last updated May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Delayd, an Android application developed by Muhammad Hamza under the leadsnite brand. By installing or using Delayd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.

1. The service

Delayd is a minimalist launcher and focus-session app that helps you reduce time spent on distracting apps. The app is provided free of charge, runs entirely on your device, and does not require an account.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to use Delayd only for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the device on which you install the app, for any device permissions you grant, and for any decisions you make based on the data or insights the app shows you. Delayd is a self-help tool and is not a medical, mental-health, or productivity service.

3. Permissions and device features

Delayd uses several Android permissions, including usage access, accessibility service, notification listener, display over other apps, and optional device administrator. Each permission is described in the Privacy Policy. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time from Android system settings. Some Delayd features will be unavailable when their underlying permission is not granted.

4. Strict mode and uninstall protection

If you choose to enable strict mode with uninstall protection, Delayd will register as a device administrator and Android will prevent the app from being uninstalled until you disable that protection. You can disable it at any time from inside the app or from Android Security settings. You acknowledge that enabling this feature is your own choice and your own responsibility.

5. No warranty

Delayd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device or version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Hamza and the leadsnite brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Delayd, including loss of data, missed notifications, missed communications, or device behaviour caused by enabling blocking or strict mode features. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using and uninstall it.

7. Third-party content

Delayd may interact with other apps installed on your device (for example, by reading their package name to enforce blocking). Those apps are operated by their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Open source components

Delayd is built with the Flutter framework and a number of open source libraries, each governed by its own license. A complete list of those licenses is available inside the app under About › Open source licenses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app changes in a way that materially affects your use. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revision. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Delayd at any time by uninstalling the app. We may discontinue, suspend, or modify the app at any time without prior notice. Termination does not limit any disclaimers of warranty or limitations of liability that by their nature should survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer place of residence, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to leadsnite.portfolio@gmail.com.
